These products are handmade in the USA. As such, variances in shade or weaving in the fabrics are common, these should be considered characteristic and special in every way! This product is uniquely yours.
Since each order is handmade, this means we need time to make your product perfect for you. Once your order is placed it will take 5 business days before apparel orders are shipped and four to six weeks for home decor orders. Sample Sale items will ship the same week the order is placed. We promise it's worth the wait.
RETURNs & Cancellations
Silverado Apparel + Home only accepts order cancellations if requested within 48 hours of when an order is placed. Sample Sale items may not be canceled or returned.
Silverado Apparel + Home products are all handmade, custom products and therefore we have a strict return policy. A product may only be returned if it is defective and approved for return by the company owner. Requests for order returns must be made within five days of receiving your order.
To request a return please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will be notified within 48 hours if your item is eligible for a return. If your request for a return/refund is approved, we will email you a return shipping label.
Returned items must be unused/unworn and still have their original tags. Refunds will not be issued if the returned item is visibly damaged or used.
Once we receive your returned item in the mail we will issue you your refund. There will be a $12 restocking fee and the return shipping fee deducted from your refund.
REASONS WHY A PURCHASE MAY BE REFUNDED
Silverado Apparel + Home has every incentive to keep customers happy by providing quality products and services. To promote customer satisfaction, Silverado Apparel + Home reserves the right to reverse a sale, including but not limited to the following:
If the product is visibly damaged.
If the customer provides a valid report that the charge was fraudulent or unauthorized.
In order to comply with credit card industry rules, ACH industry rules, PayPal terms of service, U.S. law, and requests from verified US judiciary or law enforcement agents; or
For any other reason, Silverado Apparel + Home deems appropriate.
Silverado Apparel + Home calculates shipping rates by item size for all national and international orders. Orders placed within the state of New Mexico will be charged a sales tax as required by New Mexico state law.
Home decor orders take 4-6 weeks to produce and ship. Apparel orders ship within five business days and Face Masks ship within 1-3 business days. Due to COVID-19, we can not guarantee shipping and delivery times. Thank you for your understanding.

How should I clean my products?
We use high-quality fabrics, as such it is important they are cared for properly to ensure your product remains intact. All products include a stitched in tag detailing care instructions. Usually, we only advise spot cleaning, dry cleaning, or machine washing on cold for our products. However, If you are ever unsure do not hesitate to contact us, that's what we are here for!
Do the apparel garments run true to size?
Silverado Apparel + Home is a missy fit line. Therefore most of our items have a relaxed fit. If you prefer a more tailored look we recommend sizing down. Please note, all our serape fabrics have no stretch and our velvets do. We recommend you keep this in mind when placing your order. You can reference our size chart as well.
Trying to order the correct size online can be scary and we totally understand! If you are ever unsure about your size do not hesitate to contact us! We will make sure we help find you the perfect fit.
How do I track my order?
After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email and a receipt. Once your order has been fulfilled we will send you an email with your tracking number.
What are sample sale products?
Sample sale items are products that we made as a sample before deciding if we want it in our line. These products are items we have extras of at our warehouse and would like to clear out. That is why they are at such a discounted price. There are no returns or refunds on Sample Sale items.
